1. How can I know the price of corporate premiums?

2. Do I need to submit the corporate logos?

ANS: Once you choose our product, our colleagues will need a company logo from your side. We do accept AI, PS or JPEG or PDF format.

3. What is the minimum order?

ANS: Our minimum quantity ranges from lowest 100 pcs, subject to different products. Just drop us a message to check it out!

4. Can I order the samples?

If you would like to order a sample with printed on a company logo, we will charge for a sample price first. But no worries, you will receive a credit for the sample cost if you are going to place a bulk order for that item.

5. What is your payment procedure?

ANS: 50% deposit before production, remaining 50% to be paid upon the delivery. If you requires different payment terms, kindly contact with our colleagues.

6. How long does it take for an order?

ANS: Once the customized product is confirmed by client, the production period usually last from 7 working days to 21 working days.

7. How is the shipping arrangement?

ANS: Our standard shipping method is ground service. We normally ship orders with local courier. Final shipping charges will be determined upon order value and will be added to your final invoice. Estimated shipping costs may be obtained in advance upon confirmation.
